Equipment:
- pestle
- knife
- chopping board
- teaspoon
- 42cl tumbler
- straws
- white cane sugar
- lime
- soda
- basil
- ice
- Sambuca Molinari
Preparation:
- put in the tumbler 3 teaspoons of cane sugar
- add 1/4 of lime, cut in pieces, having removed its central part
- mash lime and sugar with pestle
- add 3cl of soda
- put in the glass some basil leaves
- "massagge" (do not mash!) on glass border with pestle
- fill glass with ice
- add 6cl of Sambuca Molinari
- fill glass with soda
- stir with two straws
